What We Provide
GlowApply provides resume coaching services. We help you turn your work experience into resume bullet points, cover letters, and related career materials through a conversational process.
Digital Goods - No Refunds
Important: All purchases are final. Because we provide digital services delivered immediately, we don't offer refunds. Please review the preview we provide before purchasing.
Before you pay, you'll see a preview of what we've created together. This lets you evaluate the quality and make sure it's right for you. Once you purchase, the transaction is complete.
How It Works
Our process:
- You share information about your experience and target job
- We work with you through conversation to understand your accomplishments
- We show you a preview of your materials
- If you like what you see, you purchase to get the final, polished version
What You're Responsible For
When using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your work experience
- Not misrepresent your qualifications or fabricate accomplishments
- Use the materials for your own legitimate job search
- Not resell or redistribute the content we create for you
What We're Not Responsible For
We provide resume coaching, but we can't guarantee:
- That you'll get interviews or job offers
- That any specific employer will respond positively
- Compatibility with any particular applicant tracking system
- Any specific outcome from using our materials
Resume quality is one factor in job searching. Many other factors affect whether you get hired.
Your Content
The information you share with us (your work history, accomplishments, etc.) remains yours. The way we write and format it into resume bullets is our work. Once you purchase, you have full rights to use those materials for your job search.
We don't store your conversations or content after your session ends.
Save Your Work
Because we don't store data, you're responsible for saving your materials. Copy your finished content before closing the browser. We can't retrieve it later.
Payment
All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final.
Changes to Service
We may update our service, pricing, or these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept any changes.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
